(MIDDLEFIELD, OH )  –

A sanctuary bath where you can relax and de-stress from the chaos of the outside world is within your reach with KraftMaid Cabinetry.  KraftMaid’s robust offering of cabinetry and accessories for the bath, including furniture-style designs that enhance the look of sculptural fixtures and vessel sinks are combining form and function in new ways, raising the bar on efficiency and aesthetics in bath design.

One noteworthy change is in vanity cabinet height.  The standard height of KraftMaid Cabinetry sink base, pull-out, easy-reach and hamper base cabinet vanities is changing from 33½” to 34½”.  This extra inch of height is more comfortable for washing hands and brushing teeth with recessed sinks.  The standard toe kick and optional vanity decorative skirt will be 4½” high to coordinate with the new vanity height and enable decorative enhancements such as lovely cove, apple or tulip legs to be used to create a fine-furniture effect.

Among the array of new cabinetry offerings from KraftMaid is a Vanity Sink Base with Fluted Clipped Corners.  This very popular angled design features decorative detailing and a bump-out effect reminiscent of fine-quality, built-in furniture.  It is available in sizes 24”, 27”, 30” or 33” wide by 24” deep and 34½” high.

New 27” and 33” widths for the two-drawer Vanity Combination Drawer are also available, so you can choose from two or four working drawers with three false fronts along the top of the cabinet to accommodate a double sink bowl or one large sink, or six working drawers and a center false front.

New wall cabinets include the Vanity Wall Boutique with decorative molding and open shelving plus a 36” height to coordinate with new mirrors for a stunning impact in any bath.  Plus, the new Vanity Wall Cabinet in 24” and 27” widths to accommodate larger spaces while providing concealed storage for personal items.

Especially impressive is a new 52½” Vanity Vertical Lift Door Wall Cabinet which sits directly on the countertop.  House linens or hide toiletries and hair-styling appliances behind the modern lift door, which features a contemporary lift mechanism engineered for smooth, quiet operation.

For tall storage, a new 88 ½” high Vanity Linen Cabinet complements the new, higher base vanities and comes standard with four shelves for ample storage room.  Options include two deluxe roll-out trays or three drawers.

Mirrors are vital both to the utility and also the drama in spa-like retreats.  KraftMaid offers two new Vanity Mirror Cabinets, a storage option featuring a center mirror flush with two adjacent cabinet doors allowing for hidden storage behind the mirror and doors, and an open option featuring a center mirror with hidden storage surrounded by open shelving on either side.  Both are available in 42”, 28” and 30” height with a wide range of molding styles.

Framed Mirrors with various top plate and molding options are also available in 21” and 36” widths and a 36” height so you can create a cohesive look in the bath or in any other room in the home where you wish to coordinate mirrors with cabinetry.

According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Cabinet Satisfaction StudySM KraftMaid Cabinetry ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Cabinets.”  The study looked at ordering and delivery; price; operational performance; design features; and warranty.
